SPEAKER: Robert J. Lillie
Marys Peak is like an “island-in-the-sky,” isolating Noble fir forests and subalpine meadows that were once much more widespread in the Oregon Coast Range. This illustrated story reveals the geological processes that formed the peak and help maintain its Ice Age ecology.
This lecture is made possible with support from Marys Peak Alliance.
