Scott Moss will present a slideshow of historical photos along with a demonstration of his own photographic process on a medium-format film camera from the 1950s. This interactive presentation will survey the changes in equipment and technology, and will include a hands-on demonstration involving audience participation!

Scott Moss is an analog photographer from Corvallis, Oregon, shooting on 6x6 film. He focuses on portraits of local residents with an emphasis on whimsy and matching subjects with their interests. He is influenced by artists as varied as Mark Rothko, Milosz Wozaczynski, and Emily Dickinson. He currently has a partnership with the Corvallis Museum to do studio portraiture in the museum's education room. He was an artist in residence at The Arts Center in Corvallis in 2023.
