Discover contemporary fashion and textile design at the Corvallis Museum, where student and professional designers showcase the versatility of hemp through clothing, wearable creations, and experimental designs. Each piece contains at least 55% hemp, with guidelines encouraging the use of natural fibers and materials that can be removed before recycling or composting. Together, these designs explore the relationship between creativity, material choices, and a more sustainable future for fashion.

This exhibition brings together research, education, agriculture, and design through a collaboration between Oregon State University’s College of Business Apparel Design Program, Louisiana State University’s Department of Textiles, Apparel Design, and Merchandising, and the Global Hemp Innovation Center at Oregon State University. The Benton County Historical Society helped develop, interpret, and install the exhibition.
