An Epic Adventure!
Don’t miss an incredible opportunity to book a “Behind-the-Scenes” tour of the Johnson Collections Center, with Benton County Historical Society’s Curator of Collections, Patti Larkin. The tour will be a balance between fun and factual with an abundance of epic objects to see!

In addition to showcasing the marvel of the space which houses over 140,000 items, you'll:
- Learn the caretaking process for the collections, what is required to safely manage and operate a collections center, the role of conservators, researching, and cataloguing, and a deep dive into THE VAULT!
- Leave with an understanding of the do’s and don’ts of collections, the how and whys, and find connections with community history, stories, and sights.
Take a Tour
These 1 hour and 15-minute tours are for ages 14+ and require some walking stamina, with a maximum of 10 participants per tour to ensure a high-quality experience for visitors.
